Strings

General comments on strings: standard string is Dominant (silver D), except for the E string, which is a Westminister (27.5). 

Lately Terry has had good response with Thomastik-Infeld "Pi" strings.

Whenever you change either of the outside strings, it usually (significantly) alters the tone of the opposite outside string.
